“Caroline’s Carts” makes shopping easier for families living with disabilities. (Photo via Facebook.)

Grocery shopping is easy. Grab a cart and fill it up. But when someone in the family has a disability, shopping can be a real challenge.

Help!

Take the Martin family of Kamloops, B.C. Ms. Martin’s seven-year-old son Nicholas has Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. He can’t see very well. And sometimes, he takes off.

Nicholas is too big for the toddler seat built into the cart. But if he sits inside the cart, there’s nowhere to put the groceries.
